making accountability at all levels standard. Communicating, and not allowing disrespect and bullying.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do not feel valued and I work very hard. No staffing to support my efforts.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need more training and discernment. Many tasks they focus on seem repetitive and they would be more successful if they could discern if someone is a viable partner.
