Undervalued for sure. Working a dual role, but getting paid a little more than average of one position. Not fair
Raises for internal promotion is limited, putting me well below market for the role with no path for adjustment
I don't have a job description...not listed under positions by HR. Also, over the past several years compensation has been limited to 2.5% by corporate. Where is the incentive for those to go above and beyond because when they do, it is not recognized. Something to think about.
Benefits are not on par with peers. More flexibility at a corporate level. Better maternity and paternity leave options. Even a few employee resource groups (it took Parker years just to launch the women's initiative) would be a welcome change.
