Undervalued for sure. Working a dual role, but getting paid a little more than average of one position. Not fair

Raises for internal promotion is limited, putting me well below market for the role with no path for adjustment

they need to improve their attitude about others who don't look or think like them. they could really work together as a team if they realized that everyone has something of value to offer if they would just listen with an open mind

Everyone is just scared, no one has moral support.

No teamwork at all. Too many meeting that take up time, cant get anything done.

diversity, equity, inclusion, fairness and belonging

Management needs to respect and show employees they care. Actions speak louder then words. Show up on a Saturday to show ypi care.

More music and colors to make the atmoshpere seem more enjoyable

more detail needed to decide who is employed

Have a more organized, coordinated effort for all levels of positions. My experience was incredibly sloppy and I seriously doubted whether to accept the offer.

Nobody gets in trouble for anything and responsibilities get pushed onto the ones that actually do their job

we cannot deliver and are poor at responding to customer enquiry

the copious amounts of duplicitous behavior, brazen nepotism, & serial unprofessionalism to a maniacal level
