Very helpful and smart, you'll be hard pressed to find someone who isn't willing to help out/point you in the right direction.
What makes you most happy at work?
Well we recently got a cold brew station, which definitely changed the scope of my happiness. There's also the office itself. which is nice and has a lot of space.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The schedules are extremely flexible, which allows you to save PTO for when you truly need a full day off. I generally work a standard 9-5 but other start earlier/later and end earlier/later. Depends on the person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Responsive and helpful, which is 80% of the battle at any company. I came from a large company where the leadership team sat in a different state and it definitely creates barriers. Having them a stones throw away makes things easier.
