What makes you most happy at work?I am indifferent about it. This wouldn't have been my first choice.
What did you like most about the interview process?I didn't have a formal interview because it is a family-run business
What do you like best about your company?I like that I can work from home and so I don't have to adhere to any particular dress code or hours.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication & integrity. They are not generally supportive of my feelings.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?I work for a family-owned business so the culture has negative & positive aspects.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?I'd like to see improved support from the executive branch, better support system, easier communications between staff and executive branch.
