What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all there for a purpose and make all meetings worthwhile.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company cares about the employees and all involved. Our health is most important and it is great to see that come through on all aspects.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The comp seems a little low but it is also depending on the market you live in. I happen to live in an area where cost of living is quite high, and others live in areas where it is low. So the pay may need an adjustment on where people are at.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Paul Davis is amazing. They really put forth the effort to care about the employees they have, and utilizing the corporate team to provide great care to their franchise offices. I have never been a part of something that is so large, yet so personal in its approach to its people.
