What did you like most about the interview process?
Definitely being called back from a group interview of about 30 others.
All you have to do is lie and say you paint for 20 years they will hire you

Lack of knowledge dont know what there talking about
No structure, only based on opinions and biases
I was told 40 hours a week and it was less than 22 hours a week.
