They are helpful and most of them make going to work bearable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I swear our service teams drink the Koolade and bleed blue. They bend over backwards for clients. I'm in sales and we couldn't do it without them. Also the recognition and compensation for top performers is amazing.
