Affordable health insurance cost for good coverage

Review from Operations Dept

The cost of health insurance is a great perk.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I feel that I am compensated fairly for the work I do. I feel that my company works hard to ensure that my benefits are inclusive and affordable. I think that Paycom works hard to make it affordable to stay healthy through on-site programs.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Paycom provides a relatively higher pay base than comparable companies in the state, health coverage is affordable and accessible, and the catered lunches are top tier!

Review from Operations Dept

Great Pay with affordable insurance.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Merit increases based on performance! It gives me an opportunity to showcase all of my hard work year over year and really strive to be my best!

Review from Operations Dept

I'd have to say the time off. Three weeks PTO accrual right from the start feels so good.

Review from Operations Dept

$1 medical cost for employees

Review from Sales Dept

All if it is wonderful

Review from Sales Dept

Knowing it was a risk the base salary made it an easier transition, but the potential is probably the best

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Its time that I have but I did talk things over with my manager and I was provided great feedback

Review from Operations Dept · Posted a day ago

A commission or bonus added on to our pay rate. I know other departments are paid a commission/bonus; however we do not receive one.

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 8 days ago

Paycom's pay disparity between men, women, and those of the same title is astounding and compounded by the recent company restructuring. There are those that make $20K to $50K more than those with the same seniority, title, background, and experience.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 11 days ago

I enjoy my work and appreciate the opportunities I've been given. However, I would like to better understand how compensation decisions are made and how I can continue to grow within the organization.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Compensation feels fair with what I was first brought on to do, but aggressively shifting roles and assumption of new responsibilities has resulted not in a reset of the increasing workload, but as a shift of an increased one.

Review from Operations Dept

I believe that the work load is tremendous for NCS. I have watched my team come in early, on weekends, and skip lunches to tend to clients. Working with clients directly is stressful and depending on who your TSR is, you may or may not be doing more work than expected

Review from Operations Dept

More pay and a little more communication

Review from Operations Dept

In my short time I have been here I have already noticed a few specialists view associates as "lesser" when they or their clients are falling behind or late to due dates they want the tasks done NOW even though they don't understand we may already have tasks or even in my case a new hire.

Review from Operations Dept

The pay would be fantastic 5-6 years ago. However times have changed and raises are few and far between. In some departments. The TL's are simply there because they survived layoffs. In many cases its clear they are no longer the best fit for position, more fit candidates are stuck in their roles.

Review from Operations Dept

It feels like a majority of the hard work the is completed by people who are not the direct favorites/ clique of leadership are not as recognized or valued. No matter the work put in, it feels unseen and often disregarded. The level up process being frozen removes the ability to grow as well.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay does not match the increased workload. Salary and Bonus Adjustments can make employees feel better.

Review from Operations Dept

When the level up process got frozen, I stayed at a level two pay rate, doing the same amount and quality of work a senior was doing. In addition, I have been required to learn multiple more duties and increase my workload with only 2 small annual raises for the past two years. I would like a raise.

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation for the base PSD role is low for the level of experience and knowledge that I bring to the role and was non-negotiable. Unless a market adjustment occurs or remote work becomes available, there's nothing that can change this situation other than promoting to Senior then Exec ASAP.

Review from Customer Support Dept

With the recent firing of QA and product analysts my department has taken on additional responsibilities that were previously their duties. This has increased our workload and responsibilities without any sort of compensation adjustment to match the increase in duties and expectations.

Review from Operations Dept

Before the recomp, I was almost ready to submit my level 3 documentation. Now, I'm being paid the entry level salary. I feel like my experience and knowledge was ignored.

Review from IT Dept

Compensation should be evaluated more regularly to keep up with industry standards. For people who have been here several years, we can be locked into merit increases each year with newer hires making more money than us because our own compensation hasn't been revisited.

Review from Operations Dept

The cost of living is high. You need to pay employees based on that. Also it's Christmas no bonus but higher ups coming in to work sites talking about the profits that the company made. but not sharing with the employees that help you make the profits. It very disheartening.

Review from Operations Dept

Comparing the pay here to other opportunities of the same value in the market, we are being pretty heavily underpaid.

Review from Operations Dept

Currently don't have bonuses, stocks, or commission in my role. Most of the company does and comparable jobs in my field do as well. Would like some sort of incentive outside of base salary.

Review from Sales Dept

I expect a compensation review to happen for my department. based on the research I have done on the market for my position we are not getting comparable total compensation (outside just salary)
