Understanding work/life balance and attainable workloads.
Review from Marketing Dept
Communication has always been an issue. Once an entire job site department was laid off and there were still no answers to comfort or retain others, I think a lot of people lost trust in current leadership.
Review from Operations Dept
Valuing the work that operations employees do, it has been over a year of cuts of perks and benefits with only an increased workload to show for it. It is extremely difficult to be motivated for a workplace that continuously asks for more while offering less.
Review from Operations Dept
stick to a clear vision of the future and goals that the business is moving towards. Often, goals and expectations are changing weekly that do not allow employees to set goals for themselves and achieve those goals. Promotions have been on hold for 7 month and not allowing my growth to happen
Review from Product Dept
Immediate supervisor is great, but above that, there is no humanity or personal involvement. There is not proper project planning, and processes can be better to mitigate bottlenecks and stress. Feedback processes need to be implemented and more transparency needs to be practiced.
Review from Engineering Dept
It feels like a majority of the hard work the is completed by people who are not the direct favorites/ clique of leadership are not as recognized or valued. No matter the work put in, it feels unseen and often disregarded. The level up process being frozen removes the ability to grow as well.

Pay does not match the increased workload. Salary and Bonus Adjustments can make employees feel better.
Review from Operations Dept · Posted a month ago
When the level up process got frozen, I stayed at a level two pay rate, doing the same amount and quality of work a senior was doing. In addition, I have been required to learn multiple more duties and increase my workload with only 2 small annual raises for the past two years. I would like a raise.
Review from Operations Dept
Compensation for the base PSD role is low for the level of experience and knowledge that I bring to the role and was non-negotiable. Unless a market adjustment occurs or remote work becomes available, there's nothing that can change this situation other than promoting to Senior then Exec ASAP.
Review from Customer Support Dept
With the recent firing of QA and product analysts my department has taken on additional responsibilities that were previously their duties. This has increased our workload and responsibilities without any sort of compensation adjustment to match the increase in duties and expectations.
Review from Operations Dept
Dev is highly regarded and QA is left to have the blame, causing friction on teams.
Review from Business Development Dept
Better diversity and inclusion. very one-sided demographic
Review from Sales Dept
emotional intelligence needs to be grown
Review from Marketing Dept
more time together in person to get to know each other
Review from Sales Dept
Some are not helpful, seem to have the not my problem attitude. Others just want to be the smartest person in the room.
Review from Engineering Dept
All departments need to move at the same pace. Service and Sales move much faster than the rest of the company.
Great company culture, strong and supportive teams!
Review from Communications Dept
This company needs to move away from the churn and burn method in sales. Working new reps 12 hours without lunch and putting on a lot of pressure is not conducive to mature sales growth. This is too intense, leading to unsympathetic management.

I am concerned I am going to randomly get fired without notice and there is nothing I can do about it.
Review from Operations Dept
Employee morale is very low and I belive it is due to recent layoffs, imcreased workload with less resources, a client-first motto that shows lack of care to the employees, inflexibility, and lack of appreciation by directors and above.
Review from Marketing Dept
There's a lack of attempting to retain institutional knowledge, whether it be through retaining employees who have the knowledge, or recording that knowledge in confluence. This makes it difficult for others to research or take over responsibilities when someone leaves.
Review from Operations Dept
The culture has taken a significant decline over the last couple of years, in particular the past year. Major layoffs and reduction in staff have caused a lot of anxiety in the workplace. Questions and concerns are not always treated with an open mind
Review from Product Dept
Sometimes, we're just in a busy season that I and my team have no control over. Recently, we had to wait on a decision from the executive team that resulted in a shortened timeline on a major project.

The parking situation is terrible and adds so much time to your commute.
