A benefit of our compensation package that is not talked about enough is LifeMart! I have used this perk for all my vacations that I have taken since my time at Paycom to get great deals on car rentals, hotel stays, and excursions!

The benefits, this is my first job out of college, and when I was setting up benefits, I was asking my parents what I needed and don't need, and they could not believe how well priced things were. I feel like between compensations and great deal on benefits I am paid really fair.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The new challenges I face. I had 4 calls Tuesday afternoon each one about different things, I wouldn't say escalation, more so misunderstanding, but I was able to provide clear and concise communication, and I learned something new each time about the client's process, and our functionality.
