In a 24/7 department, it's not unusual for a manager to never even meet all the shifts in person. Ours does. Information he could probably put in an email, he brings personally and addresses us face to face. That's unheard of these days and it's awesome.

We have meetings before each day to go over anything that is needed of us or corrected. The TL's care and instruct in the right way without offending. They are part of the team; they don't leave you they lead you.

Most of our benefits start immediately after hire. Some of them start after a month or so. In today's world, that's incredible. I've worked at places that made you wait a year before you could participate in parts of the compensation package. At Paycom you're jumping right in.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviews were quick and informative. I didn't feel like I was reciting my resume to my interviewer rather they were asking me relevant questions based on my experience.
