Very negative. I was always unhappy and dreaded going to work each day. My coworkers were ungrateful and not great to work with. The management of the store was not good and I feel I did not learn much or take anything away from this job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have never been recognized for the work I do. I always go above and beyond to run the store while other employees do nothing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone complains and talks about each other. We are all there to do a job and make the store money so we should enjoy our time there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many of my coworkers do the bare minimum. My manager never reprimands them effectively and they continue to do poorly at work because they know they can get away with it.
