PayPal Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health insurance and my shares

Base and stocks are good

Personal time off. Work remotely

Private medical coverage, no need a referral letter to see the specialist. Dependents are covered too. Flex benefits are awesome, gym membership is paid for

good pay scale, the best part would be the bonuses

Health insurance was top notch

Salary is competitive. Big health and training budget. Private health insurance

cash bonus is stable and retention too.

The shares and the healthcare

Stocks are a good deal but not always though

Fairly paid to the market rate

Comparing with other companies am treated fair so far

Stock options are there for all employees

Low cost excellent health coverage

Stock + restricted stock units

It used to be the stocks. But my annual salary was competitive.

Medical insurrence, bonus, incremental paid every year

all the components are good

Review from HR Dept

Nice 401k, health, bounus food

A lot of vacation days.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay to market standards, career growth

More RSUs as well as more base pay and work from home flexibility.

Give better raises to employees and worse ones to that gross CEO.

My base pay is low for the work that I do. After not receiving a pay increase after we've seen the highest inflation in 40 years, it's tough not to be upset about that

Higher salary to match other Fintech

Lower than competitors salary in Europe

Anything better than simply a living wage.

The wages are far higher in other companies.

Review from Customer Support Dept

There is little to no recognition for employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I have been working there little over 15 years started at $15..and now I am making $16.25.!!! This should explain every thing about the management in PayPal.

Review from Operations Dept

Recent new hires are being paid what I have worked hard for 4 years to get.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The amount of hard work, enerygy & focus isn't represented by my salary

Review from Engineering Dept

For the amount of calls we take and type of customers we should diffintly make more

Review from Customer Support Dept

I am not at a level with the rest of my team and they give 2% increases or none at all, even if you meet expectations.

Review from Finance Dept

Raises are small & they use a forced ranking system that doesn’t fairly evaluate employees

Review from Customer Support Dept

More transparency across the business.
