I don't have anything positive to say about the current leadership team
They are inspiring and supportive
Figuring out how to plan things
Loves people whom they work with in the company
having good visibility with high acceptance quality
More delivery on plans made
Be transparent, truly walk your talk when it comes to commitment to DEI and stop rewarding corrupt behavior!
Communication, coaching, internal navigation, and advocacy
Review from Sales Dept
The communication is abysmal, they don't inform you about anything.
The leadership team are liars.
Health insurance and my shares
Base and stocks are good
Personal time off. Work remotely
Private medical coverage, no need a referral letter to see the specialist. Dependents are covered too. Flex benefits are awesome, gym membership is paid for
good pay scale, the best part would be the bonuses
Pay to market standards, career growth
More RSUs as well as more base pay and work from home flexibility.
Give better raises to employees and worse ones to that gross CEO.
My base pay is low for the work that I do. After not receiving a pay increase after we've seen the highest inflation in 40 years, it's tough not to be upset about that
Higher salary to match other Fintech
My direct teammates are intelligent and hard working
Coworkers are great, knowledgeable, have can do attitude, collaborative
All get along and support each other
Great, respectful people to work with
Team work, communication, listening skills
Need to co-operate and co-ordinate with team members
Transparency from management, too many secrets
There is no direction from leadership meaning everybody is doing what they want or nothing
No one seems to know how to manage projects in the company. Or write code for that matter.
Meet physically and regularly together
Respectful and kind - empathetic and friendly
They have this safe space/person where you can open up your concerns.
Working remotely from my home
Virtual flex work mode is so positive to work
Review from HR Dept
the ambiance in the office
More inclusion for remote employees, better pay, less middle management to speed up decision making.
Practice what you preach, be open, honest and direct
Transparency, communication. Remove the many tiers of bureaucracy and middle managers so people can actually get work done. Maybe then the CEO can start to justify his bonus
CEO change, stop with useless investment in honey, super app and zettle not panning out. Now crypto is the way to go? CEO needs to have clear cut vision not just go for latest trend.
Decrease bureaucracy and increase adventurism
My interview was over 13 years ago, but the people I interviewed with were knowledgeable in the area
Listed, communication, attentive and professional
It was more focused on approach rather than timing of the results
People understood the job and were not wondering why I was being interviewed
Questions not too difficult. Interviewer was chill and i could vibe with him, unfortunately he left the company
They hire people that are rude and they cover them afterwards.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Faster response from the recruiters
Review from Executive Dept
I like working on things that's add value and are challenging. That kind of work isn't constant though. It comes in waves.
Clear roadmap, awards and bonus
Review from Engineering Dept
Being able to independently make technical decisions, however, many people do not have this luxury.
Review from IT Dept
Work life balance and compensation
Collaborating with colleagues to try and ship solutions to help our customers
Maybe thinking about customers and what they want not what the company wants to present them
Layoffs, poor stock performance due to lack of actual plan to deal with post pandemic financial transactions. Should serve as mba or economics class for poor leadership and decision making process with regards to company present and future position in market and we should expect better than this
Too much artificle intelligence on the phone
No one is running the projects. Lawyers block everything and slow things to a crawl.
Too distant from the customer base, too old a product. Innovative to mske product compelling in the modern era.
Humanity is being applied in the management
Fast paced challenges
Great work/life balance
Review from Engineering Dept
More growth for people under Director level
Better support for engineers who are working across multiple teams.
