More RSUs as well as more base pay and work from home flexibility.

Give better raises to employees and worse ones to that gross CEO.

My base pay is low for the work that I do. After not receiving a pay increase after we've seen the highest inflation in 40 years, it's tough not to be upset about that

More inclusion for remote employees, better pay, less middle management to speed up decision making.

Practice what you preach, be open, honest and direct

Transparency, communication. Remove the many tiers of bureaucracy and middle managers so people can actually get work done. Maybe then the CEO can start to justify his bonus

CEO change, stop with useless investment in honey, super app and zettle not panning out. Now crypto is the way to go? CEO needs to have clear cut vision not just go for latest trend.

Layoffs, poor stock performance due to lack of actual plan to deal with post pandemic financial transactions. Should serve as mba or economics class for poor leadership and decision making process with regards to company present and future position in market and we should expect better than this

Too much artificle intelligence on the phone

No one is running the projects. Lawyers block everything and slow things to a crawl.

Too distant from the customer base, too old a product. Innovative to mske product compelling in the modern era.
