What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Maybe thinking about customers and what they want not what the company wants to present them

Layoffs, poor stock performance due to lack of actual plan to deal with post pandemic financial transactions. Should serve as mba or economics class for poor leadership and decision making process with regards to company present and future position in market and we should expect better than this

Too much artificle intelligence on the phone

No one is running the projects. Lawyers block everything and slow things to a crawl.

Too distant from the customer base, too old a product. Innovative to mske product compelling in the modern era.

Stagnant processes and leadership lacks vision, kind but bureaucratic environment with no passion overall

Get some new people into Leadership team specially in Legal & HR functions. Stop favourising the acquisitions staff and give your staff management training.

Too many reorganizations. The quiet moving of the new, exciting work to the offshore teams. Three uber-quiet layoffs so far in 2019, with one big one announced as well.
