Collaborating with colleagues to try and ship solutions to help our customers
What are some of the best things about your team?
Empathetic and collaborative. Motivated to do what's best for the customer, despite PayPal's lack of care
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're trying their hardest, it's obvious. But PayPal is a monolith of unknowable people who don't communicate
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Transparency, communication. Remove the many tiers of bureaucracy and middle managers so people can actually get work done. Maybe then the CEO can start to justify his bonus
