I feel that they care about me as an individual teammate. Throughout the pandemic, I have been treated with fairness and our benefits reflect the value the organization places on the health and wellbeing of its employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got the job... I also appreciate when leaders provide "exit interviews," letting me know what I didn't do well on or what I need to work on in order to secure the role in the future (when I didn't get a role I've tried for).
