There is an open door policy for anything you feel needs to be brought to the attention of our CEO. He advocates for his team and consistently shows appreciation. He is very transparent w/ how the business is being run/what is going on w/ the board & he requests feedback to make sure we are happy.

Departments need to share more info, instead of being pitted against each other

I love meetings with my CEO. He has become a mentor in my life and the things I've learned from him are absolutely priceless. We also get 2 meals catered per week, gotta love hardy, healthy, free food!
