PayStand employees are underpaid and under compensated. More equal and fair distribution of stock at hiring, more transparency, and better wages.

Departments need to share more info, instead of being pitted against each other
Be more open minded and not so clique-ish.
People work hard and everyone is a team player. No Politics which is refreshing.
