It's a very caring environment for both the customers and employees.
My coworkers are the most positive by far. I only say the workspace is negative because of the management.
The team members and baristas are great. We work well together, communicate properly, and help each other. The customers are wonderful too.
My team genuinely gets along as people so working together is never a chore and I never dread going to work for coworker related reasons.
They have stellar work ethic and care a great deal about the quality of their work and are considerate of the next team who come in to take over the shift from them.
