Peers are smart, hard working, supportive. If the teams rolled directly into c-suite, life would be much better. The people doing the grind are great. Some are lucky to have good leaders but many are not. Teams often dont get credit for their excellent work since manager or director takes to c-suite
They constantly go above and beyond to support our students and each other.

There were two people interviewing and it was relaxed. This was back when I completely shared the companies values.
Peers are wonderful and supportive. The small group working meetings are the best part of working here. When we can work around leadership red tape and actually serve students and partners, wonderful things happen. Company has a strong and respectable mission and I know I'm making a difference
