Execs make more and workers get basically a 3-4% annual increase. Company culture is changing to what appears to be a transactional business from a relationship model.

Focus on Relationships both historical and future.

For the most part i have no jnteraction with leadership team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company stock purchase is fair. I would suspect that will change in future to return more to bottom line.
