What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is great but others above him aren't so good. Very corporate but it is a large corporation.
For the most part i have no jnteraction with leadership team.

No micromanagement. Great place to put head down and work.
Most of the managers are great. But traveling salesmen have been placed as team leads, so that means that some teams don't have any leaders.
The leadership team has the knowledge and understanding of their roll. Very impressive
Constantly surveying those under their charge to get feedback for a better environment to obtain out stated goals.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They talk all this diversity but if you are not white and in a hourly position your voice means nothing.
