Love the job and what I do the pay rate is just not enough for the daily responsibilities that are dealt with on a regular basis. cutting hours after giving a raise doesn't make since to me.

not sure why we have a high turnover employment rate when hiring employees

the participants make the environment positive because you never know what the day would be like.

the pre screening process. making sure they are le of moving on to the next step of interview.

we all try to work together because we should be there to do the same job advocacy for our individuals
