What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?we strive to win together, great accountability
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Nothing. Perks have been taken away with no notice. Mandatory time off for 4+ months with no end in sight.
What makes you most happy at work?my team, peers, and leadership
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Ironically, an HR company can't have a decent HR dept. Recruiters take forever to get back to you. Internally, you are told one thing and the exact opposite happens
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Leadership needs to stop nickel and diming. The leadership that was pushed out after covid actually cared about employees, current leadership is worried about numbers and that's it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The salaries reported here are completely made up. I know people in all departments and no one is making 90k unless they are a director. Pay your people that have been here through thick and thin for years, if not decades.
