Noreen M. Culhane — Executive Vice President at Pep Boys

Ms. Noreen M. Culhane served as Executive Vice President of Global Corporate Client Group of NYSE Euronext, Inc. (formerly, New York Stock Exchange Inc.). Ms. Culhane was responsible for the Exchange's worldwide efforts to attract new listings and to serve companies already listed. Ms. Culhane managed Business Development, Client Service, Marketing and Sales Support function, the Initial Public Offering process and Structured Products for the New York Stock Exchange's business worldwide. She serves as an Executive Vice President of The Pep Boys - Manny, Moe & Jack. Ms. Culhane spent 20 years at IBM and most recently as the Business Unit Executive for the securities industry, where her responsibilities included sales, services and relationship management for major domestic securities firms. Ms. Culhane serves as a Director of Marco Polo Network Inc., and Mutual of America Capital Management LLC. She is a Member of the Economic Club of New York. Ms. Culhane also serves on the Fund Raising Board of the Borough of Manhattan Community College as well as the Board of the College of Mt. St. Vincent, her alma mater. She has a graduate degree in Education from the College of New Rochelle and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard.
