They mean well. They do the best with what is available to them
Review from Operations Dept
Them need to work on , keeping their promises to employees , not just use them as a carrot on a stick to keep us going...
Outstanding working Communication great team
Lead by experience and keep shop clean
Manager in a position with no experience resulting in constant turnover and inability to make improvements.
Take thier job seriously, show employee appreciation, not "pull one over"on thier employees. Not tolerate horse play of any kind or turn a blind eye to employees damaging customer vehicles. Pay thier employees for thier work not zero off tickets and take off labor for a completed job as a "discount"
Store manager claims to have all ASE certificates and is a top notch tech (30yrs ago), The other 2 are 100% car illiterate and ONLY follow "company policies" why up holding their bad habits from smug management. District Manager has NO CLUE how to explain the pay structure and defers you to ADP
Management everything else is alright
Get more than just one manager for the entire store and have them be well trained and have a work ethic instead of just doing the bare minimum everyday.
Its fair to give you decent retirement in the future
Goid pay and good bonuses monthly
I don't see any problems with it and I don't concern myself with it but I'm OK with it overall
All benefits are very good
Review from Product Dept
All the benefits are good enough
wages are not good for the area
When the employee makes $18 an hour and they are charging $180 an hour for my labor that's far from a fair compensation. The training is almost entirely online with no further gains to be made at this level
a new manager that can manage
Being paid for the work being completed, being paid workers compesation for serious injuries sustained at work. Not being harressed or dealing with rumors/drama being spread causing an unsafe and unprofessional workplace.
A livable wage and benefits we can afford that aren't bottom tier. A decent increase in base rate because the mechanics and techs have no control of what's coming in on a given day and productivity numbers aren't always achievable due to no fault of our own.
Communication with each other and understand other coworkers when they are struggling with work
Cool people to work with
Everyone works to the best of their abilities, in the situation we have
Review from Operations Dept
Regular employees decent people , manager is no good
They are probably the best people to be around. Fun to hang out with outside of here. They are also in agreement when I say this place has went down hill fast.

Review from Product Dept
Time is precious and ALWAYS in sight
Review from Sales Dept
It's very comfortable. We all get to work with each other. Culture doesn't matter. It is as long as we all get together. That is my culture and how I feel.
Leaders hoard information since there is so much job insecurity.
Driving all day, being out
Some workers try to help
Review from Product Dept
The customers who had positive attitude

FIRE UNFAIR MANAGEMENT like TAMPA Florida warehouse MANAGER HUMBERTO
Once again stop letting the store manager of the district manager regional managers get rid of all your good employees and keep the ones you like to steal from customers I show them proof that he was stealing and they didn't care I should improve their tech was stealing they didn't care they told me
Support the store managers, respect the store managers and stop bullying the store managers by the Area Directors
Train people before they start have qualified people that actually are above you
Once, I got through the Internet process it was very easy
Believing the lies. Suppose has gotten fired my second week there
How cool he was when interviewing
the manager was easy to talk to
Getting the job interview right away
Review from Product Dept
Use standard set of questions and know what you are looking for in the role.
more relatable questions to the job.
Professionalism needs to be a priority
Its a typical interview process
Don't make applicants jump through a million hoops for an entry level under-paying job.
a satisfied customer and knowing that their car goes out soon
Taking care of the customers , keeping them on the road. Working with a great bunch of guys.
DRIVING AND DOING MY deliveries
Customer interactions and helping people
Challenge of car experience everyday
A new manager that knows how to manage a store.
They need leadership, honesty, and better, more competent people
Advertising is aweful. Labor rates are too high. How can the company claim to stick it to the dealer when the labor cost is higher.
BLACK DRIVERS are NOT being TREATED FAIRLY
