It's very comfortable. We all get to work with each other. Culture doesn't matter. It is as long as we all get together. That is my culture and how I feel.

Once again stop letting the store manager of the district manager regional managers get rid of all your good employees and keep the ones you like to steal from customers I show them proof that he was stealing and they didn't care I should improve their tech was stealing they didn't care they told me
Support the store managers, respect the store managers and stop bullying the store managers by the Area Directors
Train people before they start have qualified people that actually are above you
police the area directors and not terminate employees due to outside factors causing low production numbers, were in a pandemic after all!
