Mr. Thomas J. Carey, also known as Tom, has been Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of Pep Boys - Manny, Moe & Jack since August 6, 2012. Mr. Carey is responsible for guiding Pep Boys's customer experience strategies and tactics, as well as leading the development and execution of its marketing strategies.
