Review from HR Dept

Its really nice and easy

Good benefits, many discounts available

The education plan for self growth.

The pay is well above average for an intern.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

merit correction every year should happen

Honestly im not sure this just isnt a good company

Pay scale based on merit not just the same for all including underperforming employees

Everything could be better with this company

Review from Operations Dept

if there was a better attendance policy

Higher pay Tobe able to keep up with cost of living

Because the company's success is documented. I would feel better if my compensation was commensurate with the current economic situation in our location and accross the country.

Review from Sales Dept

I'd like to make more than the people under me

I am an L4 that does more work and knows more about the company than L10

More money. Better pay. More flexibility

More support when it comes to accomplishing jobs and dealing with managers from stores

Higher pay to match inflation

Need to paid to be in this trainer position with an actual title that doesn't match our job responsibilities I'm not a trainer

Fair pay and medical benefits

We are under paid and our Healthcare benefits are outrageous. We are not offered SICK DAYS NOR PERSONAL DAYS. And not enough vacation time.

Not enough Benefits, No support for young expats, Challenging work but not pay doesn’t increase in line with grow

Feel like a number not s hummsn being. More PTO higher salary and paternity leave

Appretiation will be a nice start

Not worth the money payment seems unfair

Benfits are ok but the lack of understanding betwen company abd the people who make sure everyday is pisspor at its best. For 3 years I have been working a two pwtson job alone because mangnent doesnt care. And they will hire people to work everything but what needs attention. Pay is less than.
