PepsiCo Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

My pay check and work life balance

Interacting with customers and managers

The pay when I start

Getting off work and clocking out

Being able to lend a helping hand to the communitys needs

Providing a service that makes others happy and feel good, staying in shape, and then I get paid for it. I like to think of it as the Golden Rule.

My team and co-workers and the amazing brands in the company

Being in the trade with my team

Ability to make a meaningful impact

Growth and team work! We are building and expanding and to be able to witness that is amazing!

My Team and work ethics

Review from Finance Dept

Be a part of a better product for the consumers

Everybthing working properly and great

The culture and the people

Review from HR Dept

Good benefits from the company

I enjoy seeing full shelfs and my accounts looking neat and better then the competition

Doing my job energizing others

Meeting new people at work

The people around me, definitely

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Pricing and contracts that distract their businesses

Frontline is not motivated. Midlevel managers are overtaxed with irrelevant tasks. Forced to deal with bad attitudes and subpar performance from the people they oversee.

Review from Sales Dept

Hire more people, maybe pay more

Too many constant changes they keep trying to reinvent the wheel

Review from Sales Dept

Bring in new managment that know whats going on out on the floor and how to run the place like the manager over the plant ...Andy

Make sure management understand people are people and if your machine is broken don’t force employees to do job they don’t know so they don’t ge

PepsiCo has become stockholder crazy., ie They no longer care about the American workers. They have no empathy for layoffs. PepsiCo made record sales over the past three years but still raised consumer pricing multiple times. They also cut costs by sending thousands of jobs across the sea.

Training and more information about the whole process

Hopefully communication i’m having Basic understanding that people get sick and have lives and trying their best and not being treated differently because of an injury or because they’re a single mom very disrespected by supervisors and HR and HR is covering up the whole thing so you can?

Treat employees fairly and. Don’t discriminate them because they’re injured or a single mom and cover up the whole situation and trying to push me to quit lying about vacation and sick days lying about my employee file telling me I need a subpoena to get my employee file didn’t show

We just meed to be heard about working conditions, we need communication and not someone talking at us. We need a leader who is leading not dictating. Anger is often the motivation behind the work environment.

Review from Product Dept

Overtime and working weekends need cut out.

Review from Product Dept

Treat employees as being more human being than production output

Management needs to improve the interactions with the drivers

Review from Sales Dept

None of the stores are stocking their shelves and coolers. Our drivers deliver but don’t stock. Our orders are not being delivered.

Review from Sales Dept

No communication between management and employees

Review from Sales Dept

I can be paid fairly & treated with respect.

Review from Sales Dept

Unorganized departments don’t work together

Review from Operations Dept

Spread the workload more so the employees could actually complete the job successfully at all stores

Review from Product Dept

Paid well - not a real exciting place to work
