
Unfortunately all the non Good Old boys have left leaving nothing but same thinking individuals.
They all know senior management are fossils and they work hard to over compensate for managements short comings.
New leadership team, May need to sell the company to get new blood, fresh ideas and break away from the Good Old Boy way of management.
Senior management that call the plays all have over 40 plus years with the company. None of them have any experience outside of Perdue and you feel it the second you engage in conversation with them.
