Mr. Paul E. Martin has been the Chief Financial Officer of Perficient, Inc. since August 21, 2006 and its Secretary and Treasurer since August 2006. Mr. Martin served as a Controller of CBIZ, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer of Charter Communications Inc. from April 2002 to April 3, 2006 and also served as its Corporate Controller from March 2000 to April 3, 2006. Mr. Martin served as the Chief Financial Officer of Charter Communications Inc. and served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer since April 2005 and Interim Co-Chief Financial Officer since August 2004. He served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of various Charter funds in the fund complex. He served as the Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Renaissance Media (Louisiana) LLC. He served as the Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Renaissance Media (Tennessee) LLC and Renaissance Media Capital Corporation. Mr. Martin served as the Senior Vice President of Enstar Communications Corporation, the general partner of Enstar Income Program Ii-2 L.P., Enstar Income Growth Program Five-A LP, Enstar Income Growth Program Five-B L.P., Enstar Income Program IV-3 LP, Enstar Income Program IV-2 LP, Enstar Income Growth Program Six A LP, Enstar Income Program IV-1 LP, Enstar Income Program 1984-1 LP since April 2002 and served as its Corporate Controller, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer. Prior to Charter communications Inc in March 2000, he served as Vice President and Controller for Operations and Logistics for Fort James Corporation, a manufacturer of paper products. From 1995 to February 1999, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Rawlings Sporting Goods Company Inc. Mr. Martin received a B.S. Degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
