That I can accomplish my job and has direct impact on the business. It also gives me some flexibility in terms of creativity, due to the nature of my job and skills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although the company is trying to level up the employees based on the cost of living, this is still low. In my personal case, the market for a professional like me in the same zip code where I live is significantly higher, and temptations to find another opportunity are always present.
