Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Only 1 compensation increase in 5+ years with company. While increase is appreciated, expected more and disappointed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, we collaborate and help each other out when needed. We all care about our team and how we are perceived to the business as a whole and striving to improve every day.
