I appreciate they take my complaints somewhat seriously.

I like my supervisor I have no idea who else is on my team I work from home.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay me more and I will be a lot more enthusiastic. I do not get paid to have enthusiams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my friend works at WalMart making $20/hr soon to be $22/hr which is laughable in comparison to the skill required to do my job.
