My moto is always "If there is no them, then there is no me"! My team works hard to service our providers and we deliver Superior World class service.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love networking and getting to know my people. Engaging and boosting the morale to show getting the work done is important but we can also have fun doing it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Our 401k should be company matched. We need a variety of dental providers to go too. I'm a supervisor doing a manager's job. I report to directors, hire talent and focus on planning team's future along with management processes.
