No training. No interaction with co-workers. No personal goals.

Collaborating with co-workers does not happen very much. Everyone seems to be on their own island.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More training opportunities to further growth. Work with cutting edge technology instead of proprietary technology that cannot be used outside of the company.
