I believe that there should be a little more compensation, especially since inflation has risen.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The attitude, behavior and environment are professional. Our team leaders and fellow employees do have a sense of professionalism with humor which brings positive environment when thinking about work.

What I like best about the leadership team is the communication, respect and their ability to understand our needs. There is always a plan of action to reach our goals and as a team we achieve them.
