Overall this has been a good experience, with a lot of opportunity to learn and also provide suggestions. I would say the benefits and compensation can be improved for employees within the company being loyal to stay with company.

I believe the leadership team brings great experience to be placed in these roles as leaders and they are available to communicate with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are some good managers and employees I see that they are available to speak with you and they make the time. Along with leadership. Working remote 100%.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am my own person, I know my job and what needs to be accomplished, I am not micromanaged. I can do my job in a remote role.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no discussion about salary when they see you have been with the company for years. If the compensation was looked at when they see loyalty from an employee and doing good work and committed to the company. This should be looked at annually.
