being left to do my work without constant supervision and chatter.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the compensation package is stagnant. Raises are not given period. No opportunity for advancement or to work part time.

Karen Connerton is a great teammate, always willing to help. I do not know any other team members and I do not have the opportunity or reason to interact with them..
