Overall good. I very much appreciate the opportunity to work from home. In the past, there were very long waits for raises, but I am hopeful that it will be different going forward.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would like to work shorter days, as 12-hour days get exhausting after a while. It would help to celebrate small victories more often, because sometimes it feels like nothing is going right for weeks on end.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation has decreased my effective compensation. A cost of living adjustment would make me feel somewhat better. A raise on top of that, commensurate with my increased level of contribution since my last salary assessment would make me feel a lot better.
