They need actual leadership. A GM that has commom sense and doesnt scream and throw things like Deanna. Fiox does. Some body like Diane Hillabrand.

More engineers. Team is too stretched out, we need more employees NOT managers
Hiring. Not expecting the few who do show up and try to do the job of several people. Change the work load if you can't find anyone (for example, do a smaller menu, cut back on the operating hours so the labor isn't spread so thin). Get rid of the ghost kitchen.

Well, it would be great if one was payed market rate. It does not help when you see the same job you are doing advertised at a significantly higher rate than what you are currently paid.
Hire more people, cut out the ghost kitchen

The managers are usually kind.
They need to own up and start dealing with racial microaggressions. It is not "banter" and none of it is subject to interpretation, a company can be conservative and still foster a culture of respect in word and in deed - both are not mutually exclusive. It is a clear issue that needs addressing.
Get a new GM as hiring manager
The customers and team mates.
Working the rare shift that has enough people. Getting to do a little cleaning is nice since there is usually no time, and the kitchen is gross.
