I don't have very many, so more of them would be nice.
Working the rare shift that has enough people. Getting to do a little cleaning is nice since there is usually no time, and the kitchen is gross.
Hiring. Not expecting the few who do show up and try to do the job of several people. Change the work load if you can't find anyone (for example, do a smaller menu, cut back on the operating hours so the labor isn't spread so thin). Get rid of the ghost kitchen.
