- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?At the time I was being hired, inflation was still rising, my rent was the same as before but fast forward to today, rents gone up by 30% in my city. Given the shortage of labor market, I know i can make much more if i moved.However I enjoy the work I do here. A raise to keep up-with the times.

Greek are getting paid much less compared to employees in other countries but the cost of leaving in Athens is quite expensive. How you can survive if the rent is 600 pm and your salary is 800-1000?
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?CS teams need to understand how operations work and not care only about the customer, care about your coworkers as well.
