Given the shortage of labor market, I know i can make much more if i moved.However I enjoy the work I do here. A raise to keep up-with the times.

Greek are getting paid much less compared to employees in other countries but the cost of leaving in Athens is quite expensive. How you can survive if the rent is 600 pm and your salary is 800-1000?
