There is no leadership. You don't feel any emotional connection at all. When I go to the office it looks like a mall. Nobody talks to anyone.
They are always take care of employees including the Food at premises. I like best approach for Food which is 100% vegitable.
Absolutely Well-balanced package structure for freshers.
HR, payroll and admin departments don't reply at all. You have to chase and you have to send reminders. People are intentionally offline in working hours on teams. You feel helpless.
Compensation is low also they deduct food charges even though very few eat at canteen.
