Innovative, talented, compassionate leaders, unfortunstely if they are not in CEO trusted circle, will be squeezed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no leadership. You don't feel any emotional connection at all. When I go to the office it looks like a mall. Nobody talks to anyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They are always take care of employees including the Food at premises. I like best approach for Food which is 100% vegitable.
Absolutely Well-balanced package structure for freshers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HR, payroll and admin departments don't reply at all. You have to chase and you have to send reminders. People are intentionally offline in working hours on teams. You feel helpless.
Compensation is low also they deduct food charges even though very few eat at canteen.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They will consider my suggestions
Some seniors are really helpful and they they take care of interns and junior employees
Very Very supportive. We always come to know what we have to do about the assignment due to proper discussion.

There is zero engagement. Office is pathetic looks like a building with no soul.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Though process at Persistent might be sluggish but people are genuine and down to earth.
The most positive thing is that I am getting knowledge on daily basis.
Good communication, faster response and precise to the solution.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is very less engagement.
People management, resources management, ample job for all employees.

Standard Process, interview know what they want and can access candidates even beyond grades
They asked direct questions with interns
Perfect and standard strategies to select right candidate for right job.

What kind of skills they are recruiting and what skills I am working is totally different.
What makes you most happy at work?
Food, workspace, infrastructure, management, working flexibility
New work and reponsibilities, good colleagues
Every project are about new technologies and always we have to keep updated ourself.
