I feel undervalued because ive been talked down to and unappreciated. Compensation looks like keeping the managers in check and making sure everyone is treated fairly with respect and care

they pay minimum wage and for middle management they pay only a few dollars more while expecting exponentially more from them. the compensation is not worth everything that you are responsible for or have to deal with. they never give raises or boost vacation time for their employees
Im not getting payed more when i have to do the job of 3 prople.
The pay is unequal amongst all positions and it is not encouraged to discuss our wadges amongst coworkers.

I've been at the same store for 2.5 years and I'm still at starting wage. Despite being an animal care specialist with years of prior experience, I'm making $10/hr. Also, I'm kept BARELY below full time so that they don't have to give me benefits.
