I get to be around animals all day long. I get to form bonds with the animals i work with and get them used to socializign before going to their new home.

The animals and the customers. I love my coworkers, but what really brings me joy is being able to help the neighbors that come into our store to the best of my knowledge. I've done a lot of research outside of work in order to confidently recommend products, needs of our animals, etc.

I think the district managers need to be held more accountable and unable to cover their lies up. The amount of retaliation in my district is off the charts and if you ho to HR, they TELL the DTL whats up and you get in trouble! Viscious cycle.

My manager has been name calling me behind my back and to my coworkers faces, she needs to be fired.

We are paid literal poverty wages and raises are being withheld

The customers looking for specific items are usually disappointed when they find that our store doesn't have what they want due to "covid shipping"

Management is unprofessional and doesn’t care about the well being of their staf

Train employees on appropriate verbiage

Management does not put out weekly, schedules, there is never any consistency within the workplace, staff is yelled at by managers, etc. etc.

hours being cut makes it hard to complete tasks. Better hours equal better customer service. When you have the people available to help the customer scores increase
