Better competitive starting pay would be nice.
Better pay but in this economy everyone struggles especially smaller businesses

I feel undervalued because ive been talked down to and unappreciated. Compensation looks like keeping the managers in check and making sure everyone is treated fairly with respect and care
We get no benefits and are treated poorly
Paid a livable wage or competitive pay. Actually be offered or told about all the benefits I qualify for.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
overall teamwork and being civil with each other.
Stop playing so many games and just come to work to WORK. Not cause drama
They need to keep professional relationships as coworkers, communicate and not name call or threaten. We could work better together if they judged less

the staff meetings never accomplished anything and co-workers were essentially allowed to bully other employees with no repercussions because the management also chose sides. there is no attempt to make employees feel respected or part of the team
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management team, the hiring team, needs better speakers
Better leadership, ease of access to benefits would be awesome
less gossip, consistent management, more structure for the store

make it more structured, and require managers to contact interviewees' previous employer
I was hired on spot, without an interview. Given my expierence and resume, I did not find this to be a problem.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think the district managers need to be held more accountable and unable to cover their lies up. The amount of retaliation in my district is off the charts and if you ho to HR, they TELL the DTL whats up and you get in trouble! Viscious cycle.

We are paid literal poverty wages and raises are being withheld
