What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team is completely focused on pleasing the Dutch Masters and they have little regard for customers or customer facing employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
At our annual meeting we were reminded that they have plenty of resumes on file and that we were lucky to have jobs.
